Week 1: clear out the clutter, check that every bulb works and that the bulbs match each other in color, trim the front yard, touch up the neutral paint, and fix any cracked caulk or chipped paint you can see.
Week 2: book a professional cleaning, finish the small handyman repairs, tidy the yard and clean the windows. Before the photos, hide the cords, clear the counters and straighten the picture frames. Skip big projects that are unlikely to pay for themselves in the sale price. Put the small repairs where buyers will look first.
