Can I ask for a Broker Price Opinion?
Yes. I look at comparable sales, the active competition, condition, timing and how buyers are likely to respond. It is a broker’s opinion, not a formal appraisal.
Can I ask about loans too?
Yes. When financing bears on your property decision, I can go over the loan questions through Home Loan Advantage, Inc.
