Week 1 (fundamentals): declutter, lighting (bulbs & color temp), curb trim, neutral touch-ups, minor caulk/paint around high-visibility areas.
Week 2 (shine): pro clean, small handyman fixes, yard tidy, window clean, and a photo day checklist (hide cords, clear counters, even spacing on frames). What not to do: big projects with poor ROI before listing. If you do repairs, make them buyer-visible (first impression areas).
